1. Our Services
Gecko Glass provides mobile auto glass repair and replacement services in the Phoenix and Chandler, Arizona metropolitan areas. All services are performed by experienced technicians using high-quality glass and materials.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Final pricing may vary if additional damage or complications are discovered upon vehicle inspection.
- We will always provide you with a final price before any work begins.
- Pricing includes labor, materials, and mobile service at your location (within our service area).
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability.
- Please provide accurate vehicle location and contact information.
- You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours notice.
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a $75 cancellation fee.
4. Insurance Claims
- We work directly with most major insurance companies.
- You are responsible for any deductible, co-pay, or non-covered charges.
- By using our services, you authorize us to act on your behalf with your insurance provider.
5. Warranty
- We provide a Lifetime Warranty on all glass installations against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or improper use.
- Warranty is valid only for the original vehicle owner.
6. Payments
- We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and most insurance payments.
- Full payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made.
- A deposit may be required for certain jobs.
7. Liability
- Gecko Glass is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
- We are not liable for any personal items left in your vehicle during service.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the glass and installation services provided.
8. Mobile Service
- We come to your home, office, or any safe location within our service area.
- You are responsible for providing a safe and accessible work area.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unsafe conditions at the service location.
9. Website Use
- This website is for informational purposes only.
- Content on this site is subject to change without notice.
- We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of this website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
